Before that let's recognise that how do you know you are angry or not?


There are 3 signs which may help you to recognise your anger.

So, the first sign which you may feel is "Physical sign".


Physical sign

It is when your body feels: having the tension in your muscle and your heart beats rapidly, sometime you will have stomach ache and headache as well. 


Even you will get sweat, especially from your palms.

In which, you will feel irritable annoyed, and you may get easily offended.

When you start drinking or smoking. Even I have seen so many people who used to throw things.

So, as I have just discussed the signs which may seen when you get angry.


Okay, so here is the 10 tips to reduce your anger. 


1, Remove your trigger

What can you do is you can get away from whatever got you angry. Either you can remove it or walk away from it. 


2. Distract

So, what you can do right here is you can do something else to distract yourself like cleaning your house or car, cooking some delicious food, reading your favorite novel and etc.


3. Get counselling 

This is the very best way, which you should try to overcome your anger. As, counseller can teach you necessary skills to manage overwhelming emotions. 

 

4. Enjoy something

Whatever you love, just do it! It does not matter, what is it? but it matter how much do you like to do it. Even you can do this stuff.

"You can go to your teacher and say 'I know what you did last night'."

Maybe you may get one gift on your nice cheek but I think it can be fun.


5. Apologize

If you are at fault or overreacted, on up! It is hard but it helps. 


6. Write in a journal to express upset. 

Writing about why are you upset, it may help you to figure out the reason of your frustration. So, you can use the 1st tip here(remove your trigger).


7. Draw your feelings on paper. 

This one is my favorite. You know what I have tried this things and what I got at the end I was so happy not because of my feeling but because of my drawing which I drew.


8. Surround yourself in nature

This one is splendid. What you can do , you can just go outside and take silent walk in nature. Because nature will always give positive vibes.


9. Practice meditation

It will help you to gain a new perspective on stressful situations and it also helps you to reduce negative emotions. 


10. Do exercise vigorously to vent safely

You can try strenous workout. It means, the workout which requires great energy or effort. In which, you can try to do high intensity cardio workout.
